Licensing
DL Aus Group holds labour hire licences in both states that require them for our operations:

This matters to you, not just to us. In Queensland and Victoria it is an offence to engage an unlicensed labour hire provider — the penalties apply to the host business as well as the provider. Engaging a licensed provider like DL Aus Group protects your company from that exposure. Both licence numbers can be verified on the public registers maintained by the Labour Hire Licensing Compliance Unit (QLD) and the Labour Hire Authority (VIC).
Insurance
We carry the cover principal contractors expect from a supplier on commercial and civil projects:
- Public Liability: $20 million
- Workers’ Compensation: held in accordance with the legislation of each state where our workers are placed

Worker Compliance
Every worker we place meets a consistent baseline before they reach your gate:
- White Card — mandatory for every worker, no exceptions, verified before first placement
- VOCs and tickets by role — Verification of Competency and relevant tickets checked for the specific role, including High Risk Work Licences where the task requires one (forklift, EWP over 11m, dogging, rigging and similar)
- PPE supplied — workers arrive with their own hi-vis, boots, hard hat, gloves and eye protection
- Site induction ready — our workers complete your site-specific induction and follow your SWMS and site rules; we brief them on reporting lines before they arrive
If a role needs a specific ticket, tell the allocator when you book and we’ll match the worker to the requirement — not the other way around.

Asbestos Work
We’re straight about scope on asbestos: DL Aus Group is not an asbestos removalist and does not hold an asbestos removal licence. What we supply is trained labour to support licensed removalists. Our workers hold the relevant asbestos awareness and removal training and work under the licence, supervision and control plan of your licensed asbestos removal contractor. If your project has a licensed removalist who needs extra trained hands, we can mobilise them; if you need the removal licence itself, that sits with your removalist, not with us. We’d rather explain that clearly here than let it be assumed on site.
